Processing & Shipping

Once payment is cleared, we begin our shipping process. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-7 business days from the time you placed your order.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your package is shipped. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us.

Champagne Tresses, are not responsible for lost packages or late delivery by courier.

Returns

We do not cancel or refund orders after the order is placed.

Exchanges

We DO NOT except exchanges after order is placed/ shipped if it is due to no fault of Champagne Tresses.

We do NOT offer full refunds, a $75 restocking fee will be charged, as well as the price of shipping. If it is due to fault of Champagne Tresses & you will need to ship the hair back to the company, and you will be responsible for the shipping of the items.

All of our packages, require a signature, so if there is a chargeback after you’ve received your hair, a federal police report in your county will be filed.
