- Yes, a small fee applies but we do offer overnight shipping after your order has been processed

• Is our hair processed with chemicals, fillers or hair dyes?

- NO, our Indian body wave texture is lightly water- steamed to maintain its gorgeous pattern but no chemicals, fillers or dyes are involved in this process.

• Is your hair actual Vietnamese origin?

- Yes, our direct factory is quietly located on the Southeastern coast of Vietnam & cannot be found on the internet, that’s what sets us apart from so many companies. We actually represent quality, not just say it.

• How long does the hair last?

- up to 2+ years.

Maintenance Instructions for ALL textures:

• Shampoo at least once a week
  
• Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
  
• Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up your scalp
  
• Rinse thoroughly
  
• Dry with cotton t-shirt rather than towel
